Writing a dissertation is a task few people are able to see to the end without significant support. That support can often come in the form of advisors, readers, who can scaffold the process for you, giving you targeted feedback to sharpen the communication of your research. The Celli Group provides this type of hands-on approach during the process that allows you to see the process through direct coaching, timely and precise feedback. In addition, the Celli Group acted as strategic mentors in the process, providing technical/logistical encouragement along with emotionally intelligent care.
As a transplant to New England, I searched for local resources to help me adjust to my evolving career and location. I found Lynne Celli through a mutual contact. Her expertise with building and maintaining teams, calibrating performance goals and metrics, and anticipating future obstacles was a tremendous boon to my own success. I highly recommend her services to anyone needing professional guidance.
My career has evolved over the past few months, and the Covid-19 pandemic did not help. I was looking to pivot while maintaining my current job skills and industry, but did not know how to do it. I found Lynne Celli and the Celli Group while doing some research and am so glad I did! With her help, not only did I develop some short-term goals, but I was able to act on them after a short time. Thank you, thank you!
As a first-generation college student, I had some difficulty getting my degree due to opportunities and networking with the right people in my career area. When I decided to pursue graduate school, I knew I needed help from the beginning. I wish everyone I know could have the experience I did, because I was confident with the plans and goals I developed with Dr. Celli. I am on my way with a successful business career and very soon, an MBA.
The pandemic has hit a lot of professionals hard due to increased demands and fewer resources, at least that is my experience. Though I work in business, I am writing here because of my work with other professionals in the non-profit space. I was blown away by the research-backed strategies Lynne guided me towards, in particular those that targeted social and emotional skills and understanding for adults. I have a business degree and can work lots of figures and spreadsheets, but the connection to people is what has taken my work (professional and non-profit) to the next level. I recommend Lynne and her team to help you with your own goals.
I was looking to make a career change after 19 years working the same job. J. Marie was an excellent support system for me. She talked with me at great length about my interests and desire to take on a more fulfilling and challenging role. With her support, we worked together to build and align the content for my brand new program. One year later, I am now the director. Working with Julie has been a life-changing experience.
I can attest to Dr. Ventura’s advising skills with doctoral coursework, especially with helping me meet course expectations and deadlines. In particular, his scholarly writing skills and guidance are highly regarded with my own experience and those of my peers. I have also seen Eric demonstrate his leadership skills before a diverse staff in a k-12 setting. He advises and supports his colleagues with genuine interest and professionalism and is respected by his peers and administration.
I am happy to attest to Dr. Marie’s work and consultation in the field of education. She has mentored and guided me in my role as director of my school-aged program. Her work in the field of social emotional learning has helped me develop a wide range of program elements not only for my program delivery, but also for my future teachers.
